Carrot Pennies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 bunches carrots
    1 onion
    1 green pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 can tomato soup
Preparation
    Cook carrots
    until
    tender.
    Add onions, green peppers, salt and pepper.
    Heat
    just
    to boiling the remaining ingredients and pour over carrot mixture.
    Chill well.
