Sour Cream And Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. sliced squash
1 large carrot, grated
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
grated cheese
Preparation
-
Cook together squash, carrot and onion, then drain.
Place squash mixture and alternate with mixture of cream of chicken soup and sour cream.
Bake at 200\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
During last few minutes, place grated cheese on top.
Secret is slowing cooking.
