Italian Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    1 (16 oz.) bag egg noodles
    1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1 large onion
    1 medium green pepper
    salt to taste
    pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Cut sausage into pieces.
    Slice onion and pepper.
    Fry in covered pan until browned.
    Place noodles in 6 quarts boiling water.
    Return to second boil, stirring occasionally, until tender.
    Add sausage mixture and spaghetti sauce and pour over drained noodles.
    Makes approximately 8 (1/2 cup) servings.
