Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 baked shell
3 egg yolks
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk or water
1 large lemon (juice and grated rind)
3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Beat egg yolks, add other ingredients and cook over hot water until the mixture is of a jelly-like consistency.
Pour into pastry shell; cover with meringue and bake in a slow oven about 15 minutes.
