Blueberry Cream Cheese Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 c. cake flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    pinch of salt
    1 1/4 c. blueberries
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar, mixed with 1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Fill muffin tin with cupcake liners. In processor, whip cream cheese, lemon juice and vanilla until smooth.
    Beat in eggs.
    Add milk and butter and blend.
    Combine next 5 ingredients and beat into cream cheese mixture until well blended.
    Fold in blueberries.
    Pour into muffin tins.
    Fill 3/4 full.
    Sprinkle tops with sugar and cinnamon mixture.
    Bake 30 minutes.
