2 whole Japanese cucumbers, julienned
1/2 lb. bean sprouts, blanched
1 whole chicken breast, shredded after cooking
1/4 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. rice vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cook chicken breast.
Add Japanese cucumbers and bean sprouts. Mix these ingredients.
