Coconut Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, well beaten
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. frozen coconut, thawed
Preparation
    Add all ingredients together.
    Blend well.
    Bake in oblong Pyrex dish lightly sprayed with Pam.
    Cook in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
    Serve warm or cold.
