Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 c. sweet milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. bacon drippings
    1 can cream-style corn
    1/2 tsp. soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 small onion, chopped
    garlic to taste
    1/2 lb. sharp cheese
    5 or 6 jalapeno peppers, chopped
Preparation
    This makes a thin batter.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 or 450\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
