Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 1/2 c. flour (plain)
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. dry milk
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 tsp. salt (scant)
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. lukewarm water
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Cut in fat.
    Mix with warm water.
    Let rise 1 hour or until it doubles its size.
    Add 1 or 2 tablespoons flour and knock down.
    Put in refrigerator with cover and use as needed.
