Betty'S Banana Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. sugar
3 sticks softened margarine
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
3 eggs, beaten
6 ripe bananas, mashed
2 c. chopped pecans
pinch of salt
Preparation

Cream
together eggs, margarine and sugar.
Add bananas. Into another
bowl,
sift
together
flour, salt and soda.
Add flour mixture,
a
little
at
a time, to sugar-butter mixture, mixing well after each addition.
Add nuts.
Pour batter into a well greased
and floured angel cake pan and bake for 1 hour at 300\u00b0. Can be frozen.
