Potato Pie With Brandy Hard Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked pie crust
    2 egg whites
    2 egg yolks
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    1 small can Pet milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In a small bowl, beat at high speed the egg whites into soft peak.
    With mixer at low speed, beat egg yolks, potatoes, milk, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves and salt until well blended.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Pour mixture in crust and bake until set.
