Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. butter, softened
    1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    1 pkg. Jell-O instant vanilla pudding and pie filling
    2 eggs
    3 1/2 c. quick cooking oats
Preparation
    Mix flour with baking soda and set aside.
    In a large mixing bowl, combine butter, sugars and pudding mix; beat until smooth and creamy.
    Beat in eggs.
    Gradually add flour mixture to creamy mixture.
    Stir in oats.
    Batter will be stiff.
    Drop by rounded teaspoonful about 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Yields about 5 dozen cookies.
