Shrimp, Peas And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. black-eyed peas
4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. thinly sliced carrots
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. mushrooms (fresh), sliced
1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 lb. small shrimp
1 1/2 c. hot cooked rice
salt and pepper to taste
sliced green onions
Preparation

Add rice and black-eyed peas.
Combine with shrimp mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with green onions.
