Blueberry Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. blueberries
    juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 baked 9-inch pie shell
    3 oz. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. cream
Preparation
    Wash and drain berries.
    Combine berries, lemon juice, rind and water.
    Cover and bring to boil.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt.
    Add to blueberries.
    Cook and stir until thickened.
    Cook very slowly 10 minutes.
    Cool.
    Pour into cold baked pie shell.
    Whip cream cheese and cream until fluffy. Use to garnish pie.
