Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 baking potatoes
    3/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    3/4 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1/4 c. fresh parsley
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    pepper and paprika to taste
Preparation
    Bake the potatoes until soft.
    Mix all other ingredients except paprika.
    Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise.
    Scrape most of the potato
    from the skins and add to the mixture. Beat.
    Spoon the mixture into the shells and sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
