Best Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. corn syrup
1 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
salt to taste
1 c. chopped pecans
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Brown butter in saucepan over medium heat until golden brown, stirring constantly to prevent burning.
Cool.
Beat corn syrup, sugar and eggs in bowl.
Add lemon juice, vanilla and salt; mix well.
Stir in pecans and browned butter.
