One Cup Cookie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. margarine
    1 egg
    1 c. rice krispies
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. oatmeal
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp cream of tartar
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 6 oz pkg butterscotch chips
    1/2 c. peanut butter
Preparation
    Melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter over low heat.
    Stir until blended.
    Remove from heat and pour over 4 c. rice krispies. Stir until coated and press half in bottom of pan.
    Melt 6 oz chocolate chips, 2 Tbsp butter, 1 Tbsp water, 1 c. powdered sugar, in top of double boiler.
    Stir until chips are well blended.
    Pour this over the chilled cereal mixture.
    Spread rest of cereal over the top.
