Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (No. 2) cans pineapple chunks
1/2 c. sugar, mixed with 1/4 c. flour
1 pkg. Ritz crackers
2 c. shredded cheese
1 stick margarine
Preparation

In a 9 x 12-inch casserole, pour the two cans of pineapple, leaving out about 1/2 the juice.
Sprinkle the flour-sugar mixture all over, then sprinkle the cheese.
