Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans sauerkraut
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 c. diced celery
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    3 Tbsp. pimentos, chopped
Preparation
    Drain, rinse and chop sauerkraut. Put in a bowl the sugar, oil and vinegar.
    Mix until well blended.
    Add the vegetables and refrigerate for 2 days.
