Cranberry Orange Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 eggs, well beaten
1 1/4 c. coarsely chopped cranberries
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a large loaf pan.
Mix all dry ingredients together. Combine the orange juice, butter and eggs together and mix with dry ingredients, mixing just until moistened. Stir in cranberries and nuts.
Place mixture into greased pan and bake for 65 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center of pan comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
