Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 oz. red food coloring
1 tsp. vinegar
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Pour oil into mixing bowl and add sugar.
Beat until blended. Add eggs, one at a time.
Continue beating until thick and smooth. Blend together red food coloring, cocoa and vinegar.
Beat well. Add vanilla and blend.
