Tuna Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can tuna
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except parsley.
    Shape into log or ball.
    Roll in parsley.
    Chill.
