Steak And Rice Special - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. round steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 small onion, chopped
1 c. water
1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
1/4 c. A.1. steak sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Flour and brown steak in oil, turning to brown all sides.
Add onion and stir constantly until transparent.
Add water and remaining ingredients, mixing well.
Cover and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve over hot rice. Makes 4 servings.
