Porcupine Beef Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. tomato sauce (a jar; add 1/2 c. water)
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Lightly grease a 2 1/2-quart casserole.
    Set aside sauce.
    Add 1/2 cup water if sauce is thick.
    Combine beef, rice, onion, salt and pepper.
    Shape into 1 1/2-inch balls and put in casserole. Pour tomato sauce over meatballs.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
