Zucchini-Sausage Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. (hot-mild) sausage
3/4 c. biscuit mix
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. parsley (fresh) or 1 tsp. (dry)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. oil
4 eggs, beaten
3 c. grated zucchini
1 1/2 c. grated cheese

Preparation

Brown sausage.
Break up very small.
Stir together all ingredients except zucchini.
Add that last.
Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch glass pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serve warm. They warm up in oven covered, very nicely.
