Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 1/2 c. applesauce (15 oz. jar)
1/2 c. melted butter
3/4 c. raisins
3/4 c. nuts

Preparation

Mix flour, soda, spices and sugar together in a large bowl. Add applesauce, melted butter, raisins and nuts.
Pour into loaf pan.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Best to bake the day before it is served.
