Broiled Lamb - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. olive oil
1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
1 large onion, thinly sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c. fresh Italian parsley, chopped
few sprigs of fresh oregano
salt
freshly ground pepper
1 leg of lamb (about 9 lb.), butterflied
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except for lamb.
Mix well and pour over lamb in glass dish.
Turn lamb to coat well.
Refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally.
