Ruth Bruce'S Apricot Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. ribs
    1/2 c. apricot preserves
    1/4 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1/2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1/2 Tbsp. ground ginger
    dash of hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    Place ribs in a large heavy pot and cover with water.
    Bring to a boil and simmer gently until tender.
    Place in pan and baste with sauce.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes, basting frequently.
