Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast (dry or cake)
1 1/4 c. warm water
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
2 c. flour
Preparation

Dissolve dry yeast in warm water.
Add sugar and salt.
Stir until dissolved.
Add flour and stir until smooth.
Cover and allow to stand at room temperature for 36 to 48 hours.
