Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 tsp. Chicken Coating Mix
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. instant nonfat dry milk
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. hot water
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb. ) fryer chicken, cut up
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0 F (220\u00b0 C).
    Combine all ingredients except chicken in a small bowl.
    Blend well.
    Dip chicken pieces in batter and place on a baking sheet.
    Bake, uncovered, 40 to 50 minutes, until golden brown and tender.
    Or, if desired, dip chicken pieces in batter then fry in hot oil.
