Baked Breakfast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage or bacon, crumbled
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
6 slices bread, cubed
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Preheat to 350\u00b0.
Brown sausage (or fry bacon and crumble). Drain.
Cool.
In large mixing bowl, beat eggs.
Add milk, salt, mustard and cubed bread.
Stir.
Fold in cheese and meat.
Pour in greased 9 x 2-inch glass baking dish.
Refrigerate overnight before baking.
Bake for 45 minutes.
