Salmon Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small minced onion
    1 can skinned and boned red salmon
    1 package cream cheese, softened
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    2 tsp. dried dill
    1/8 cup minced parsley
    1/4 tsp. Liquid smoke
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of Tabasco
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients into a food processor and mix until smooth.
    Refrigerate for several hours. Serve on crackers, pita bread, or raw vegetables.
