Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 heaping Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. margarine
3 egg yolks, beaten
1 c. Hershey's chocolate syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix flour and
1/2 cup sugar until smooth and there are no lumps in
flour.
Add
milk,
margarine and egg yolks; cook over medium heat until
it
begins
to thicken.
Add chocolate syrup and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Pour
in baked pie shell.
Beat the 3 egg whites with
1/2
cup
sugar until stiff peaks form. Put on top of filling and bake at 300\u00b0 until golden brown.
