Banana Punch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 cups sugar
1 - 12 oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 - 46 oz. can pineapple juice
5 bananas
1/2 cup frozen lemon juice
3 - 1 liter bottles ginger ale
10 1/2 cups water
Preparation

Bring 6 cups water and sugar to a boil in saucepan. Boil for 5 minutes, cool completely. Add frozen orange juice, 4 1/2 cups water, and pineapple juice to sugar mixture. Puree bananas in blender. Add lemon juice. Add to juice mixture. Pour into 3 large plastic zip-loc bags and freeze at least 12 hours or up to 3 weeks. Thaw 4 to 6 hours before serving. Add one bottle ginger ale to each bag of punch.
