Cream Cheese Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick margarine
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Let cream cheese stand for about 10 minutes; cream the butter, cream cheese and vanilla until smooth.
Add your sugar, a little at a time, and mix until smooth.
If sugar is lumpy, you may want to sift before adding to creamed mixture.
