Finnish Pancakes(Pannukakku) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3 c. milk
    1/4 c. honey or sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together until smoothly mixed.
    In a 9 x 13-inch cake pan, melt 1/2 cup margarine.
    When melted, pour in the egg mixture.
    Bake in oven at 450\u00b0
    for 35 minutes.
    Serve with syrup, cinnamon sugar or powdered sugar.
