Snow Cake With Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 single layer cake mix
1/2 c. water
1 egg white
large box vanilla instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 c. milk
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
1 large container Cool Whip
1 c. coconut

Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients together.
Pour into greased and floured pan.
Put in oven at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
