White Clam Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. minced clams
2 c. clam juice
1 c. dry Vermouth
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. basil leaves
1 c. chopped onion
4 to 5 cloves garlic or 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
fresh ground pepper
angel hair pasta (1 lb.)
Preparation

In a large skillet or Dutch oven, saute onion, garlic and parsley in melted butter until onion is almost tender; add clams, clam broth, salt, basil and pepper.
Boil one minute.
Cook pasta and serve with clam sauce.
