Homestyle Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) jar Heinz homestyle brown gravy
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 egg, slightly beaten
dash of pepper

Preparation

Combine 1/4 cup gravy with beef and next 5 ingredients.
Shape into 8 x 4-inch loaf in baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat remaining gravy.
Serve over meat loaf.
Makes 6 servings.
