Cottage Cheese Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. small curd cottage cheese
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1/4 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. quick cooking oats
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Add beef and mix well. Press into an ungreased 8-inch square baking pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer or until meat is no longer pink. Drain. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. Yield: 4 servings.
