Black-Tie Red Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (15 oz. each) cans dark red kidney beans, undrained
1/2 c. red wine
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. prepared sour cream
1 tsp. chopped chives
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except sour cream and chives and place in 1-quart crock or casserole.
Bake, covered at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour (if too juicy, uncover and cook 1/2 hour longer).
Serve with side dishes of sour cream and chives for topping.
