Dirty Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. water
    1 lb. hot country sausage
    1 pkg. dried chicken noodle soup
    1 can beef broth
    1 c. parboiled long grain rice
    1/4 c. pimento
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Simmer celery and onion in 1 cup water for 5 to 10 minutes. Fry sausage and drain.
    Drain vegetables.
    Mix all ingredients in casserole.
    Stir until mixed.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
