Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 slices bread
1/4 c. raisins
2 eggs
3/8 c. sugar
1 pt. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 c. brown sugar
cinnamon
nutmeg
1/4 stick butter
Preparation

Toast bread; break up in a greased pan. Stir in raisins. Break eggs over sugar in a pan and beat. Add milk and vanilla. Pour over bread mixture. Sprinkle brown sugar over mixture. Also sprinkle cinnamon and dash of nutmeg.
