California Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 stick butter
1 large can tomatoes
2 cans green chilies
2 lb. box Velveeta cheese, cut in cubes
Preparation

In saucepan, saute the onion and garlic in the butter. Add the tomatoes and simmer for at least 1 hour. Add the chiles and simmer for another hour. Add the cheese. Blend while still on low fire. Serve Hot!
