Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked chicken
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. chopped celery
4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. onion, grated
1 Tbsp. pimento
2/3 c. grated cheese
1 c. potato chips, crushed
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except eggs, cheese and chips.
Put chopped chicken, celery, onion, pimento, soup, mayonnaise, salt and juice together in casserole.
Cover with sliced eggs and cheese.
Top with crushed potato chips.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
