Lentil Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 oz. kielbasa, chopped
    1 c. green lentils
    1 (15 oz.) can tomatoes (including juice)
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
    7 c. water
    salt and ground black pepper
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onion.
    Saute 3 to 4 minutes until translucent.
    Add garlic and kielbasa.
    Saute, stirring 5 minutes, until kielbasa is lightly browned.
