Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak, cut in strips
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 can (small) mushrooms
    onion to taste
    garlic salt to taste
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 small can beef broth or 2 bouillon cubes with 2 c. water
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Roll steak strips in flour using all of the flour.
    Brown in butter.
    Add mushrooms and onion and cook until tender.
    Add garlic salt and pepper.
    Add beef broth.
    Simmer until meat is tender (30 to 45 minutes).
    Five minutes before serving, add sour cream and mix well.
    Simmer a few minutes.
    Serve over egg noodles or rice.
