Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. softened butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. Rice Krispies
1 (6 oz. )pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
In large bowl, combine butter and sugar; beat until creamy.
Add egg and vanilla; mix well.
Blend in flour mixture.
Stir in Rice Krispies, chocolate chips and raisins.
Drop by level tablespoon onto lightly greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
Makes 3 1/2 dozen 2 1/2-inch cookies.
