Texas-Style Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

36 oz. hash browns
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream (8 oz.)
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix together and pour into pan.
Top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes, add 1 stick oleo, melted and drizzled over corn flakes. Bake in 450\u00b0 oven 35 to 45 minutes.
