Blueberry Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. low-fat cottage cheese
    2 egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. plain, low-fat yogurt
    1/4 c. frozen orange juice concentrate
    2 ripe bananas, cut up
    3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Blend cheese, egg whites, yogurt, vanilla and lemon juice in a food processor or blender.
    Add orange juice, bananas and flour. Blend until creamy.
    Bake in a large pie pan on graham cracker crust for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
